As an individual I was a part of Workflow and Data analyst team then moved as a Team leader and managing both operations and Reports /Analysis team. Having 8+ year experience in BGV, handling multiple key clients. Initial Stage I was a part of Migration process. FA acquired another BGV company Verification Incorporation and we were into migration process of all the clients to our FA platform. This process almost took 2 years, we convinced all the fortune 1000 clients into our Platform. As an individual I was gathering initial documentation and package from client and setup ETA and TAT and transferring to different department as per Package and client instructions, ensuring all the BGV submitted on time and following up with different department.After 2 years, I moved the Public Record department where we handle only Criminal verification. I worked as adjudicator and ensuring all the Criminal searches are completed and fulfilled on time.Later I promoted as Sr. Analyst Reporting / Analysis. Here I got the breakthrough and closely worked with Directors and C level offices as I was delivering timely reports and analysis to Management. My reports and analysis help our management to take discussions. I used to handle workflow report, attendance shrinkage and TAT analyses as per business requirement. Later I prompted as Team lead and handling Operations and Reporting and Analysis team. I have 30+ members into production department and five members into reporting and Analysis team.Production team handle public records, we work searches as per client requirement, and we do Criminal verification. Our Court retrieve group will search and get applicant Criminal history and my team adjudicate and report it as per client requirement and SLA.When it comes to reporting and Analysis- my team handle all process related Reports, such as TAT, workflow, attendance, Client wise data analysis HC count analysis Etc. I handle both the team together.Our top clients are Walmart, Amazon, Kelly services Dollars General, UPS, FedEx Etc. We are having 40K+ client across Glob.
