Previously, as a partner in a mid-size audit firm in Chennai, I led its assurance and advisory business with a focus on financial services.At Unifi, I co-led the setup of our mutual fund business, one of SEBI's most rigorous licensing process (arguably, next to obtaining a banking license). From securing regulatory approvals to CXO hiring and vendor negotiations, this experience was deeply rewarding.I’m constantly working on improving my execution capabilities.My guiding professional philosophy is simple and cliche - put the consumer first, whether external or internal. I believe commerce, at its core, is about the experiences an organization delivers to its clients.
