CurrentKey work in M/s. Shri Lakshmi steel suppliers Following are the Responsibilities :Support to Accounts GM, Branch Controllers, Sales Team 1. Working as Senior Accounts Executive managing & coordinating financial terms to Branch Head.2. Actively involved in Party account reconciliation, Credit note proposal like Cash discount, Rate difference, Special discounts & Price protection.3. Co-ordinate with Team to monitor and report their sales & Outstanding payment.4. Responsible for maintaining customer relations by ensuring proper CRM Updation.5. Account statement ,Petty cash reports, Daily payment collection report, Vendor payments, Transport freight payments on a day to day basis.6. Key Role to be responsible for generating sales leads by various active & passive search and by cold calling.7. Co-ordinate the movement of all freight inbound as well as outbound.8. Communicated shipment discrepancy with vendors and worked towards quick resolutions.9. Prepared all shipping documents for the warehouse personnel and extension of eway bills before its expired10.Shipment tracking and updating the customer on timely basis.11.Warehouse management skills resulting in accurate inventory level.
