General Description:1. Working in MEP division of a leading Fit out contracting company in Dubai, for variousprojects under Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Low-current systems and have got experience in planning and execution of MEP services.2. Review of project specification and preparation of Material Submittals, Drawings andengineering data.3. Preparation / co-ordination of layout drawings, interfacing drawings in line with clientrequirements.4. Submission of Shop drawing, load schedule, SLD and other required documents to DEWAthrough online as per DEWA rules & regulation to obtain approval.5. Co-ordinate with the approved vendor for submittal approvals from consultant/client6. Initiate, Process and finalize the MEP services requirements.7. Discussions/Meetings with the Consultants for Design discrepancies, materials submittals,RFI’s, shop drawings and related issues.8. Execution and monitoring of project progress, Quality, safety against the schedule andprovide report on program status including forecast of schedule and milestone dates.9. Deals with Sub Contractors, monitoring the site activities and ensuring the actiities carrying out as per the project specification and requirement. 10. Delivery of proper documentation processes at each and every stages of the project withconsultants and client for future records.11. Preparation of monthly progress statements and bills.

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONOverall in charge the projects progress and its completion, timelines, performance, analysis, review of forecasts, with the client to ensure best services.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Preparation of shop drawings based on contract drawings & BOQ and verification of the final draft. 2) Preparation of technical submittals, technical queries and material submittal.3) Arranging manpower, material, tools & machines as per the project requirements,4) Give regular instructions to all the technicians and supervisors to improve our quality of work as well as safety policy. 5) Strictly follow up & co-ordinate with site staff to complete the project as per clients and target schedule and in budget cost6) Execution of Electrical works such as modification of MDB/SMDB panel, low power system, lighting system, data system, fire alarm, telephone system and BMS system as per approved shop drawings and International standards.7) Preparation & Submission of work progress of the site and report to the management.8) Preparation of variation against the client variation order.9) Monitoring the daily site activities of site supervisors and installation technicians.10) Co-ordinate with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor and other subcontractor for smooth progress of the project completion.11) Attending inspections to get the clearance for construction, operational and safety features.12) Preparation of documents for projects like SAT procedure, O&M manuals for approvals.13) Preparation of As Built drawings.14) Coordinating with various system specialists. 15) Testing/co- ordination for commissioning of electrical services and handing over to authority/client and maintenance 16) Preparation of monthly Invoicing.17) Submission of Shop drawing, load schedule, SLD and other required documents to DEWA through online as per DEWA rules & regulation to obtain approval
