Associate Vice President - Digital Applications
Current- Responsible to drive digital application practice on CX and Contact Center Technology (Avaya, Genesys Cloud etc.) with set revenue targets. Lead the application solution presales and oversee the operations of project and service delivery of the practice.- Enable sales team and mentor team members on DX trends, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.- Client engagement, discover business opportunities, conceptualize innovative solutions leveraging AI and GenAI technologies. Deliver demonstrations, prototypes, POC’s, solution designs, technical presentations, facilitated workshops and collaborate to translate solution concepts into reality.- Drive Vendor and Partner management.Key Achievements- Consistently achieved, on average 90% of revenue target, YoY. - Converted multiple opportunities on Conversational AI, AI & AR enabled visual engagement, Speech Analytics, complex dynamic IVR, CTI-CRM integration, customized contact center reports & dashboards, and many other value-based applications into successful sales.- Introduced development standards & Dynamic IVR application design concepts, resulting in faster Go-to-market (GTM).- Key member in drafting & implementing PMO processes. - Awarded with “Star Performance Award” (Q3 & Q4 FY’24), and “Learning Master” award (2012-13), under global Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program.
