Working as a CRM professional for the last 14 years and possess excellent Salesforce technical, functional and analytical skills spread across multiple Salesforce clouds involving Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Experience clouds. I help to design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products & recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another.
