Sales Process Improvement: Involved in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, solution design improving upon the current Retail Sales Cycle Processes such as Opportunity, Quotation and Sales Order Management.Integration with Third Party Application: Enhancing user and customer experience by constantly updating CRM’s own customer facing webshop along with various third party interfaces.

Lead and Delivered the CRM Service Eastern Europe rollout for 7 countries while based out of Frankfurt Germany. The rollout was successfully executed in a time period of 7 months.

Creating associated design documents. process flows and configuring the solution in SAP CRM.SAP CRM System Integration: Worked on full Controlling and Logistics Integration, including testing end to end scenarios listed by business during the course of my projectUser Acceptance Testing: Involved in handling issues and defects in User Acceptance testing of the scenarios in Service configured by me and my team mates during my current projectGo-Live: Worked towards successful Go-live of the current project. Was involved in transaction migration from legacy system and other data cutover activities. Project Support: Supporting the implementation of the project.SAP SOLMAN management. Handled Defect resolution and assignment for the Service CRM Team.

Business Blueprinting: Involved in presenting the SAP Service Solution to the client, mapping client's business processes, conducting gap analysis and creating blueprint of the initial solution.Solution Development: Designing and Enhancing the Service CRM solution for the Client.
