Architectural Drawings /Coordination services (Auto CAD and Revit) • Preparing of Floor plans/furniture arrangements, partition Layout, Door layouts and interior wall arrangements. • Sectional Drawings of the framework in sliced form indicating materials used in the construction of those components, the height, depth, and hollowness. • Elevation Drawings of columns, windows, and doorframes indicating relative surface, internal markings, and relative height.Preparation of Civil/Structural Engineering drawings •Column Layouts and Beam Layouts such as the ones supporting the roof and the windows, or the beams used for strengthening purposes. •Preparing of foundations drawings such as Shallow foundations, Deep foundations. Spread Foundation (Isolated Footings), Wall Foundation and Raft Foundation. •Preparation of Roof slab layouts. •Providing details like tunneling, shafts, removal of soil, grid plans, required to start the ground preparation works (Excavation Drawing).Preparation of MEP drawings •Above ceiling Revit coordination and clash detection (Fire pipes, AC sucts, cable trays) •Preparing drawings, plans and diagrams of electrical installations such as Earthling layout, Light fixture layout, Generator and other equipment, Cable tray layout, Hazardous area classifications and Lighting protection system. •Assisting Electrical Engineers in design and layout of electrical installations. •Preparing drawings indicating Central cooling, air conditioning vents, ventilators, etc are all included according to the need and site of the building plans. • Preparation of Fire protection and detection drawings that allocate points for fire hoses, fire escapes, water outlets, sandbags, smoke detectors, sprinklers or any other fire safety equipment required by the regulatory body overseeing the project.
