She displayed ownership over the success of an entire region and was able to show strong improvements in student attendance, trainer quality, and student engagement in her region. In this role, Nisha showed that she has what it takes to be a leader within an organization such as yours. What impressed me most about working with Nisha as a colleague was her perseverance in the face of setbacks. One example of this that I strongly recall was when we were facing issues with student attendance and engagement at a center in Jaipur where we were conducting an English language learning program that used blended learning to engage students online and in the classroom. Students faced many technical difficulties while trying to learn online and this was affecting engagement. We also had limited support at the time from the faculty and administration of the college that we were working in. Nisha managed to develop a strong relationship with the faculty and administration of the institution and was able to gain their support in encouraging students to engage more with the program. Nisha followed up with students and trainers constantly to find ways for us to improve our services in the Jaipur center and she answered messages from students at all hours of the day to help resolve their technical difficulties. This helped us boost attendance and participation levels in Jaipur to the highest of any of our centers that year. Nisha went above and beyond her call of duty in her role as program manager to show results and it made all the difference for those students and for our organization.
