Nisha is the founder of Private Wealth Stewardship Ltd (PWS), a boutique consultancy firm providing specialist independent advice to businesses families, family offices and professional firms on ownership structures, family governance and next generation education.In Nisha’s previous role she was Head of Legal for a large single family office with the business family headquartered in Singapore with 60,000 employees worldwide. Nisha advised on a broad range of matters helping the family to grow, protect and pass on their reported $20billion fortune.Prior to joining the family office, Nisha held leadership positions at HSBC, serving as Global General Counsel, Trust & Fiduciary Services and Deputy General Counsel Asia, Private Banking and sat on the Global Executive Committee.Before joining HSBC Nisha was Head of Private Wealth, Asia for an international law firm relocating from London to Singapore to spearhead the development of the tier 1 private wealth practice in Asia.Nisha is a Cambridge University graduate, where she achieved a First Class Honours in Law. She started her career in London in 2004. In 2013 she relocated to Singapore and moved to Hong Kong in 2018.Nisha serves as a director of STEP, Hong Kong, Co-Chair of the STEP Hong Kong Philanthropy Sub-Committee and member of the STEP Branch Development Committee. Nisha is also a member of the FFI and member of the FFI Asian Circle.
