• Responsible for Sales to increase South Gujarat market share• Retain existing clients and responsible for its organic growth• Doing customer reviews and meeting their expectations• Responsible for overall operations.• Driving branch profitability• Tracking & monitoring performance of the branches• Manage 6 teams consisting of 24 members• Responsible for checks & controls as per internal / external guidelines from compliance perspective
