Working in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old has taught me to serve people to their utmost satisfaction. My passion is service, so I have decided to get my degree concentrated in Human Resources at Central Connecticut State University. I really enjoyed my Managerial Communications class this semester. It has really pushed me to become an effective communicator in both written and verbal aspects. The most important thing I have learned was to build as many relationships as possible. My Introduction to Management class has provided me with great insights for a future career in management. In the next year I hope to complete an internship in the HR field that will provide real-life experience and teach me new skills. I love developing friendships, strengthening relationships, and interacting with new people.
