CurrentAt Notion, we help corporate communicators and B2B marketers reach their goals with our expertise in product marketing, sales enablement, data visualization, thought leadership and brand identity.As an Account Manager at Notion, I...- Communicate with clients and translate their strategic needs into action items for our creative team- Manage creative projects from inception and scoping through final file delivery and billing- Develop budgets, timelines, scopes of work, creative briefs and financial forecasts- Review and proofread creative work; serve as an advocate for the client to make sure all work is on target and on brand- Stay up-to-date on clients' brands and products as changes and updates happen- Mentor and manage junior account service staff In addition to my role, I also contribute to the business in the following ways:- Onboard new account service staff in Notion processes and procedures- Interview potential hires and coordinate job postings- Lead Notion's internship program, including recruiting interns and planning activities and training- Contribute to Notion's social media content development (scheduling posts and presenting/explaining analytics to team, staying up-to-date on platform changes and best practices)
