I have experience in social development and project management activities especially in Community Development sector, particularly those concerning women empowerment as well as children and youth rights. My aim is to serve for social cause.1. Worked as Programme Officer in Samaj Pragati Sahyog, Bagli, Dewas, MP. In Financial inclusion/Microfinance (Self Help Group)Duration- 2 year Description- My job role to draw the analysis regarding day to today financial and social progress of the location. My key responsibility to search for a new product to enhance the business of location for the economic stability of tribal peoples as well as empower local women for their rights, roles and responsibility for their small organization.Other- • Bank linkages and coordinate with Bank Officers, help to accounts opening of the federation & groups.• Exposure visits of members, Formulation and implementation of special schemes for vulnerable/dis- advantaged groups with special focus on women, Skill development trainings, Micro enterprise development, Sensitization towards environment and cultural sustainability• I also worked for local people in health petition with 10000 members, organized 2 AGM with 4000 members. And also took participation to learn the functioning of small NPM company name RRPPCL and 1 finance company named PSDS.• I also organized capacity building training for the employees and as well as for the community leaders & members.2. Work as a project officer in Matrix Society for Social Services, New Delhi. Duration – 10 months Description – My job role to work on documentation (report writing, HR filing and proposal writing). I also manage and work 2 VT center in Delhi location. Other –• Marinating program budget.• Increases the capacity building of women producer and employees.• During COVID- 19 pandemic involve in mask production and produces 15000 masks with the contribution of slum women. • Draw a business model for slum women. • Design Modules for training session of VT (Vocational training) students.• Coordinate with TATA power team regarding the progress of VT classes. • Took a various training online session on different topics related to women and youth. • Proposal writing.
