I'm one of the co-founders and the Sales Director of Tel5. I have over 17 years of experience in both the telecommunications and IT services sectors. My higher education includes a Master of Engineering – Advanced Technology and a Bachelor of Production Engineering. With core experience in handling SMBs in the ICT sector, I played a key role in taking the company to the next level where customer experience is at the helm of our processes, systems, strategies and staff. I was instrumental in ensuring a constant growth strategy, through empowered and progressive teams. Prior to Tel5, I was the Sales Director at Telefirm (Telstra Business and Enterprise partner), from 2012.
