- During this position, I was given on Site responsibility in Daimler AG, Sindelfingen. The aim was to develop expertise by directly interacting with stakeholders on site. Technical issues resolution, CAE data exchange, Product knowledge multiplication and improved Communication models were some of the outcomes.- Doortrims was additionally put in primary scope of work.- Data science, machine learning is being explored for supplementary CAE activities. A lot of research work and innovation was done on this front.- this proactive work lead to being Technical SPOC/facilitator for all Data science projects in a team of 60 co coworkers

During this phase, I was assigned under the Cockpit CAE simulation project for A class Mercedes Benz cars.- Ls Dyna intermediate skills were developedWithin one year of support role, I was assigned full responsibility of Cockpit simulations. As part of agile working model, first of it's kind, SPOC role for simulations of all new EQS cockpit was assigned to me. Through this role, crash (LS dyna), durability (Abaqus) and NVH-BSR (Nastran) were brought under one dome for product centric approach.Apart from regular role, additional responsibility of small scale automation with shell and python scripting was also taken up.As the team was new, I was also assigned the responsibility of implementation of CAE tool called MIDAS. This implementation involved usage of xml and xsl for automating MIDAS tasks.

- This is the first corporate organization to work for.- Training was done from Crash Simulation perspektive- Following knowledge was intruduced to during this position: - Overall vehicle know how - Crash and safety requirements - Product development - CAE modelling using ANSA - Basics of LS dyna - Postprocessing with Animator- Previous introduction to chassis and Roll cage design helped a lot.- Also a very strong foundation of FEM in Post graduation project gave a very good grasp of Ls dyna

Dirt crusader is the team in DBIT, Mumbai which competes in SAE Baja India National competition. As a founding team, we were the first to participate in Baja India from DBIT.We were team of 6 core members and total of 25 members. My responsibility was to lead the Technical part of the Vehicle Design and Manufacturing. I was also the lead for chassis and rollcage design and development.
