I am the Co-founder and Member of the Board at Codincity (https://codincity.com). I am also an active investor and advisor to startups. I have spent more than two decades in leadership roles in IT industry. My area of expertise is building/scaling and transforming organizations. Prior to this, I was part of the executive leadership team at CSS corp (www.csscorp.com - A PE backed IT services company). It was a successful PE exit after more than 4 years of transformation journey at CSS. My role encompassed, heading global operations - managing delivery,HR, quality, service excellence and innovation across the company. At Infosys, my last role was global delivery head of CIS (~1BUSD- at that time). I have also managed integrated Capital Market delivery, created global Application Management practice and was part of executive team which scaled up CIS unit.
