• More than 23+ years of experience in Customer Success activities, Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant, Project Management, and Pre-Sales & Production support• Skills in interacting with clients and maintaining relationship for major client accounts to ensure quality delivery of services and total client satisfaction as per the SLAs• As an Implementation Consultant, provide product recommendations and configurations, collect integration requirements, ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations etc.• Experience in handling end-to-end project management that include prepare Project Plan, Site Preparation, Hardware and Software deployment, provide Training, conduct User Acceptance Test, and Project Go-Live and handover• Product documentation and preparation of standard operating procedure
