I co-founded TechPro Consultancy, a leading HR consultancy firm, in April 2008. I am currently looking at day to day operations of TechPro. My responsibilities include keeping track of current activities, allocating jobs among other employees, directly dealing with clients to understand their requirements.

I worked as a Senior Lecturer in Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology in Electrical Department.My fields of teaching were Electronics, Micro Controllers and Control Systems both Theory and Practical to the B.Tech Students.I was mentor for 30 students. I had all the records about their progress in studies and other extra curriculum activities.I mentored each student by conducting meetings and helping them to improve their educational career.

I worked as a Lecturer in Electrical Department, my core subjects were Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Control and Simulation, Micro controllers.Through this period i developed my technical skills both practically and analytically.I was also a mentor for 25 students. My responsibilities were to interact with the student and to know and solve their problems.
