o Assembling PC, installation of software and trouble shooting. o Resolution of customer issues / complaints regarding services for new customers and AMC customerso Interacting with customers, conducting customer satisfaction.o Customer management like understanding requirements and solving their problems personally or by telephone o Internal, in-house development & support functiono Repairing printers ( Laser, Dot matrix, Line matrix ).o Attending customer on site and repairing and installing or re-installing trouble shooting. o Vendor management in terms of application support.o Networking support in Windows environment of different department like Monitoring Data Entry, Editing, Transfer.o Maintaining and updating PC’s, Software, Antivirus o Maintaining internet Printers, Fax, UPS, Laptop, Mother board.o Looking after sales and purchase.
