My experiences lie in guest relations, managing personnel, inventory and pricing. I have excellent listening skills, especially with guests. I make sure that guests are happy and that staff is getting what they need to do their job. I deal with guests every day and customer loyalty begins with good service and friendly demeanor. With my experience, I am able to increase in return business and promote teamwork.

I am responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. My responsibilities include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted, using the point-of-sale system, processing credit/debit cards. I use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy and field guest complaints.

I assist and coach students in becoming a more successful and independent learner. I provide and help to integrate effective learning and study strategies for my fellow students, while at the same time helping to clarify and/or reinforce course content, assignments and material.
