Improved VCPU from $1.34 to $0.28 in 3 quarters.• Established standard operating process for AWD to expand to upcoming future launches. These includeexception handling, lean process standards to manage flow and SLA and develop in-house visibility toolsfor program team for reporting.• Established peak planning and hiring standards for SDC Network. This included Spock case level limit assessment, density variation adjustment and learning curve dilution impact on hires.
