To ensure the maintenance of Maternity Leave and Register.6. To ensure the maintenance of Acknowledgement register of PPE, Policy book, ID cards, Dress, Appointment letter.7. To ensure the maintenance of Monthly Fire Extinguisher Checking Register.8. To ensure the Clearance certificate of all outgoing employees.9. To ensure the checking of Salary Sheet after Disbursement.10. To co-ordinate with other department for smooth functioning of the day to day activities.11. To ensure the Fire Fighting Team and their Training 12. To ensure the First Aid Team and their training. 13 To ensure that First Aid Box are kitted as per list.14.
