With a rich tapestry of skills honed in improvement initiatives and capital projects, my mission is to infuse total quality management and compliance into the very fabric of the industry, fostering a legacy of excellence. The Hands-on experience of implementing TQM,TOC and TPM reinforced believe in tools in achieving excellence.Experience and Achievements: I am currently working as the Head of Statutory Compliance Management and Societies at Tata Steel . Prior to joining Tata Steel in 1999, I also worked in BASL,Patratu (Jharkhand) and Hindustan Copper Limited,Khetri Nagar(Rajasthan). I am an electrical engineer with a strong academic background and credentials in quality management, having completed Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from Mahindra Institute of Quality, Senior Management Programme from IIM Kolkata, and ISO , IATF Auditor certification from IRQS .I am Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from Ethicsindia and a certified assessor from the Baldrige Foundation and Tata Business Excellence. I am also a certified trainer for Quality Circles. I have acquired proficiency through training of Green Belt , Daily Management and Risk Management from reputed institutions . I got an opportunity to work with renowned JUSE TQM consultants during Tata Steel's Deming Application Prize preparation. I am a member of ISQ, ASQ and CII TPM Club of India I got recognised and received various individual and team awards at Organisation and National level. For digital project "Smart Warehouse in PT Warehouse " , our team won 1st prize in National Productivity Competition, Bhubaneshwar. I received " Outstanding Achievement Award of the Year " in National Excellence Award 2024. I got featured in Litteratura and Fames India ( 60 under 60 Awards)Magazines . Received Indian Achievers' Award for Quality Excellence by Indian Achievers' Forum.I am an author of two hindi poetry books. I received 'Author of the Year Award,2023 ' for my book " Choti Si Asha " by one of Indian leading publishers.
