1. Update Healthcare documents and conduct quality check to ensure client ready files as per guidelines. 2.Contribute to SDLC Documentation and process Improvement.3. Conduct self-review and ensure that the document is free from technical, grammatical and language errors. Develop online content for various subjects for internal and external audience.4. Develop online content using HTML/CSS coding.

1. Develop, modify and maintain various types of documentation for a Windows based system including: Process documents, SOP’s, setting and maintaining Quality process across DC Plans.2. Independently manage multiple ongoing projects.3. Communicate with on-shore partner and update the DC plan profile and process documents/SOP’s for US phone reps and Back office operations group.4. Experience in handling overall functioning of processes & implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines / business goals.5. Make work assignments and gauge individual progress.

1. IDM deals with timely completion of all record keeping tasks related to 401K account participants2. Processing client requests like setup account for the participants and updating indicative data. 3. Maintaining participant accounts by performing SSN correction and DUP SSN process4. Allocations of Participant Investment into Different Funds and handing Client Queries through PSW E-mails.4. Responding to internal and external inquiries resolving discrepancies related to participants accounts5. Performing maintenance on assigned retirement accounts according to procedures including checking and correcting discrepancies, verifying funds and reviewing discrepancies6. Verifying report schedules, ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and mailed within scheduled time frames.7. Preparing Productivity reports, Dashboards, TAT, & SLA Ageing reports on a weekly and monthly basis.8. Motivating the team members to achieve desired Quality and Production targets.9. Works proactively with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement by creating new tools and techniques to improve the process and the processing steps10. Training the new associates and providing re-fresher trainings to the tenured associates and mentoring the low performing associates in the team.
