I am the founder of Thought Labs & Global NLP Summit. I am also the International Ambassador of ANLP (Association of NLP)I have spent the last 15 years of my life being in and developing the field of NLP. Over these 15 years, I have helped more than 10,000 people across 30 countries through the NLP certifications program – both online and through NLP retreats in Goa, the Himalayas, Dubai, Thailand, Bangladesh and Switzerland. Most of my work is grounded in NLP Modelling. I have spent many years of my life modelling and living with the monks in the Himalayas & Thailand, base jumpers in Switzerland, The indigenous tribes of Brazil and adventure enthusiasts in Argentina. Through these experiences, I have designed unique experiential learning systems that are the foundation of all of my retreats. Everyone who has gone through these retreats and online programs has found it to be a one-of-a-kind experience that creates profound and sustainable transformation. These systems have helped leaders and coaches from around the world to successfully integrate NLP into their work to grow exponentially and produce massive results.I have also built the first Global NLP Platform that is designed to support, provide resources and bring collaboration in the field of NLP. I have also helped start-ups and organizations like Tally, Bosch, HP, Wockhardt and over 50 more to transform the way they accomplish results by building a winning culture through purpose, courage and leadership. And at heart, I love to break boundaries. I do it through my work and through my mountaineering activities.
