After living 10 years in USA and working for big multinationals at various senior levels, when I came to India and started looking for home as a buyer, I realized that the Indian Real Estate market was very disorganized, lack radical and ethical values and most importantly it was unaffordable to many genuine buyers. It didn't took lot of thinking to decide to start a company which will focus to remove the above discrepancy and thats how the Nishka was born- In Sanskrit, Nishka means Trust and this was the foundation of our group which we started 3 years back.The objective of Nishka is to cater to all customers preferences and help them to live happily!
