CurrentRole:Manage marketing, direct brand management, corporate communication functions, customer relations, logistics, brand building, product management and positioning, advertising ventures, sales collaterals, tradeshow marketing, procurement, attain more target markets, extended after sales services.Achievements:- Piloted the team of 40 aspirants, effectively managing the development and implementation of the annual marketing plans that resulted in consistent sales increases, in a flat growth industry.- Architected a better CRM module, merging data with an efficient simple UX designed CMS for better data handling, also optimisation of the use of used / burnt leads, creating new opportunities for pre-sales and add-on sales.- Developed and implemented a revolutionised brand building module for the new age markets to improve results of our existing sales promotions, adding another 30% annual retailers and the distributors co-op fund by over 100% in just 3 months, resulting in a drastic increase of “consumer foot fall”.- Contributed to sales growth through training programs, simplifying the pricing policy, defining better profit margins for retailers & distributors, methodologies for new medium of channels, product positioning and sales programs.- Being responsible for design, development and implementation of consumer research, which required proactive new outlook, creative innovation, technology, better pricing for the quick changing / trend setting markets like The Milan Furniture Fair (Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano) Milan, ITALY.
