I work in a Indian IT company which have developed a mobile app and software for desktop which helps sales consultants to followup clients and any other top level employees and authorities(sales manager, regional sales manager, country head or the organization head) to check the stats or details of all the sales made by each sales consultant, outlet or region etc. So my work here is basically to train the new employees or new sales head or new clients all over Nepal wherever they have new outlets or employees or clients. I also have to modify the mobile app according to the requirements made by the clients. I basically receive all the problems and errors faced by users and i look into the errors which can be fixed by myself and forward errors which is out of my criteria to my office in India. I do presentations representing Team Digitizers showing the benefits, functions and advantages of the app and software to the Sales head, region head and Admins of the new clients. Currently my company have clients like Agni Incorporated, Pioneer MotoCorp, Sipradi Trading, Golchha Group and KTM DUKE.
