Assist the doctors and nurses with stocking rooms, transporting patients, and organizing charts. I spend most of the time checking on patients and making sure they are comfortable while they wait for test results.

. I have had the opportunity to sit in the OR and watch several surgeries including hip replacements, torn ACL repair, and shoulder repair. I help the nurses stock the surgery carts, transport patients, and assist with post-op care. My internship gives me ample opportunity for patient interaction.
