- Grew the company turnover 3 times in year 1. Duly met year 2, 3 and 4 targets, as well.- Directly worked with the Founder and CEO of the company and was part of all major and minor decisions – from crafting communication to advising on outreach.- Managed the entire student cycle, from lead to student admit.- Oversaw the functioning of a team of 8 editors and 2 counsellors and multiple external vendors.- Created manuals for each and every process before, during and after the application process for students and the team.- Liaison between the company and the outside world including professors from top schools such as HBS, CBS. Also scheduled many in studio interviews.- Participated with high responsibility in all on ground events.
