Additional Responsibility for working as Chair-ESG Committee, India for TIC Council March, 2024 onwards

• Leading Marketing and Business development for the overall Sustainability Services portfolio offered by Bureau Veritas in South Asia Region and developing Go-To-Market Strategy, Industry-specific roadmaps, marketing roll-out campaigns & business plans to grow market share.• Engaging leading companies & brands in the South Asia Region across a wide rangeof sectors to identify their specific needs, developing new business opportunities andgrow the Sales Opportunity pipeline related to Sustainability Services• Working with Business lines, Regional teams and Sustainability Global Service Line teams in customizing solutions to support Clients in meeting their specific ESG objectives.• Technical focal point to the Clients/Regions/BV Network countries on co-ordination of all Bureau Veritas sustainability projects, service delivery and overseeing quality and reliability of deliverables• Involved as lead to set up milestones, coordination with the respective agencies and involve in the team formation to execute sustainability/ESG projects, monitor progress and submission of Management Information reports• Providing Regional Sales team in SAR with necessary technical and commercial support for proposal development for Sustainability/ESG Service offerings and in execution delivery• Involved in project management activities either directly or through nominated representatives for successful execution until completion and monitoring the post- delivery activities• Developing and manage strategic partnerships to grow business & directly coordinatesome Key accounts related Sustainability services

• Responsible for handling ESG in all potential investments and in funds invested as on date for Private Equity and Real Estate transactions• Overall responsibility for managing ESG in accordance with Investcorp’s Responsible Business Framework• Review of ESG Due Diligence Reports shared by Consultants and ensuring alignment of Investcorp’s ESG Framework and SASB sector specific standards• Preparation of formats for assessing Portfolio Monitoring across all geographies• Responsible for Portfolio Monitoring and Evaluation over Greenstone Platform for all investments in India as on date• Monitoring CP/CS conditions for all investments and providing inputs for Preliminary and Final IC to IVC’s IC Committee• Working with portfolio companies for providing ESG capacity building sessions and for ensuring compliance of ESG conditions stipulated as per ESG Action Plan• Undertaking ESG Screening, Risk Assessment, Due Diligence Reporting, Portfolio Assessment and Evaluation and a detailed Action Plan for all investments in pipeline• Conducting visits and preparation of ESG Action Plan on short-term, medium-term and long-term for a roadmap journey to achieve ESG objectives as per Investcorp’s expectations• Working on preparation of formats and procedures to assess and enhance Portfolio Performance across all geographies in accordance with PRI requirements and for publishing ESG Report

• Handling Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Services in India and strategic projects in ASMEA region• Responsible for handling overall P&L of department• Handling Environmental and Sustainability Services and providing tailor-made solutions to clients and hand holding approach for enhancing sustainability performance and continuous implementation

• Conducting Flood Risk Assessment Studies • Preparation of Legal Compliance Register for Construction and Operation Phase • Conducting ESIA and ESSDD Studies of Tunnel, Thermal Power, Renewable Energy and Mining Projects• Conducting EIA Studies for Common Municipal & Solid Waste Management Facility (CMSWMF) projects• Assistance to Business Development Team in preparation of Technical proposals, EOI, RFP for IFC, World Bank Projects etc.

Job Profile • Handling EIA, EMP & ESIA Studies of Thermal Power Projects, Hydropower projects, Solar & Wind Power Projects• Preparation of documents including ESIA Reports and interaction with funding agencies for resolving lender’s issues• Preparation of Scope of Work for Environmental Monitoring Studies, ToR and handling projects from ToR till award of Environmental Clearance • Obtaining Consent to Establish (CTE) & Consent to Operate (CTO) from SPCB• Preparation of Standards documents and guidelines viz. EDDR, SOP, EHS Policy, Environmental Monitoring Data formats etc.• Site Visits and Monitoring Inspections and ensuring Compliance of Environmental Clearance Stipulations & Laws and Regulations
