As a project manager, I play a crucial and an active role in running large scale projects standalone, not just in Treasury space but also in other strategic areas of ION. To take up a more challenging role, I moved to managing Treasury implementation projects for our clients. As part of this role, I travelled to New York to work with the professional services team for 2 months. I was also required to travelled to client locations and Abu Dhabi and London. In this role, I was responsible for:1. Managing the testing phase for the biggest wealth fund manager in Middle East - Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) upgrade project, wherein I applied KPI based data driven decision making and created dashboards, burndown charts and project trackers2.
