• Responsible for working closely with Senior Leadership (ADH, Program Managers, Central PMO team) for both financial & operational management.• Ensuring proper book closure & invoice generation on monthly basis at account level.• Managing team of around 10-12 resources as Project Manager.• Central Repository management and inspection of all project’s document verification.• Resource Onboarding and off boarding process.• Active player in Organizational events includes rewards, recognition for the employees and organizing internal events.• Acting as a key player to notify the internal resourcing department about the open positions and helping in the recruitment process.• Analysing and understanding the knowledge required for the resources to better understand the client expectations.
