I was responsible for global change management in Nokia. Supporting business units in their transformations & change leadership.Also I was in charge of change mgmt in Nokia & Alcatel-Lucent merger. The change mgmt model we created was selected as a first runner up in 'Management Events HR 600 min - HR project of the year (2015)'.

I was responsible for competence & leadership development, talent management & internal consultancy for 'customer facing executives, managers & engineers'. Also I got selected to implement the company's largest change initiative, rolling out a Global Service Excellence program to create a service culture. We had 120 internal course leaders from all parts of the business to certify 20K employees, resulting in service improvement initiatives worth 8xROI. I was honored to receive the highest satisfaction numbers from the program.

I was in charge of Technical Support for all Nokia Network's products - using the 'follow the sun' operations based in APAC and China.Started in year 2000 from scratch. At the end of 2003 our department consisted ~100 employees in Singapore and Beijing sites.Unfortunately I had to also ramp down the units in October 2004 and hence I have seen a whole lifecycle of one organizational entity.

I was in charge of service region China's Help Desks - located in Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou and Hong Kong. The Chinese Help Desks were ranked No: 1 among Global Nokia Help Desks competition (1Q, 2Q, 3Q, 4Q 1998).Also established the Technical Support Help Desk for Southern China Customer Service Center.
