● Provide cradle-to-grave project management for complex DOD contracts and engineering firms ● Consult with clients in regards to project regulatory-specific methods and special requirements prior to the start of a project to ensure the most efficient processes are being utilized● Create the scope details, the estimates and timeline as part of the SOW creation ● Provide all documentation needed for clients to build project specific Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP)● Responsible for kicking off the projects and managing the execution for delivery ● Communicating overall project needs with the client and laboratory managers to secure adequate resources needed for the successful execution of projects (i.e. equipment, methods, materials and analysts) ● Coordinate field sampling events with clients and field personnel● Review laboratory project status and work with the team to ensure timelines are met and project is within scope ● Monitor budget, create change requests as needed, oversee billing and invoicing ● Communicate and resolve nonconformance and sample analysis anomalies to the client in a clear and expeditious manner● Assures compliance with project specific regulatory requirement by monitoring all client analytical and quality requirements while samples are being processed through-out the laboratory● Review final chemistry reports for completeness and compliance, sign and release final reports
