A Yoga, Reiki and Sound Therapy Studio

• Coordinate care with all the departments to ensure the delivery of optimal client care• Comply with organizational policies and procedures• Receive timely supervisions, appraisals, support and trainings from reporting manager to meet the identified key performance indicators• Provide holistic assessment to clients upon admission• Provide individual and group Holistic Therapy sessions in areas of expertise• Develop and revise individualized holistic therapy treatment plans based on clients’ needs in areas of expertise• Attend and participate in clinical and organizational meetings and training as mandated

• Daily yoga classes• Work with the spa team to facilitate reiki sessions• Focus on individuals and groups to provide proper exercise and nutrition• Greet and welcome guests to the recreation area• CPR certification• First Aid Certification• Responsible for the guest’s voice with respect to both fitness and pool• Responsible for fitness and spa memberships• Maintain current member satisfaction as well as recruit new memberships• Create spa treatment with holistic care

• Create/reserve excursion programs for guests• Boat/airplane/ferry ticket sales• Car and bike rental for guests• Assist front office manager• Check-in/Check-out of guests• Ensure guest satisfaction• Excursion site inspection for guest safety• Daily sales report to front office

• To mainly focus on clear and precise communication within the departments of the resort.• Acted as command center to address in room defects, in-room dining and any other tasks requested by guests.• Assisted with direct incoming calls and deliver correct messages to the person or departments concerned.• Responded to inquiries regarding hotel operations and any other related matters.• Replied to guest requests via e-mail for the purpose of limousine booking, hotel information and lost and found.
