Citrix Administration: - ·      Administering & supporting 20 Applications on 50 Windows Servers 2019.              ·      Supporting more than 500 Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop users.·      Planning and testing the application Virtualization for various new application releases using Citrix application publishing it to the Citrix farms. ·      Troubleshooting the issues comes in CVAD environment. ·      Decommissioning and reallocated servers based on resource needs assisting with capacity planning.·      Making a host connection to the azure environment·      Creating and managing Citrix user profile and providing access level according to requirement.·      Administrating and managing Citrix environment via Citrix Studio and Director.·      Publishing Desktops on Citrix Servers.·      Providing access to the users on Published desktops.·      Administrating Citrix License Server.·      Configuring & Managing Storefront.·      Troubleshooting issues (profile, application& desktop accessibility, login, performance) on regular basis.  ·      Resolving the users issue remotely via WebEx session, or shadow.·      Providing remote support to Applications and Desktops published over Citrix.·      Diagnose the root cause of the problem and correct the problem by coordinating with CITRIX OEM Support (if required).·      Monitoring sessions, connections, and configurations on citrix director and studio.·      Creating a machine Catalog and delivery groups.·      Fetching the data from the desktop director.·      Taking Snapshot of VM’s & reverting them.·      Deploying virtual servers using template.·      Putting all Citrix and windows related major services in monitoring and setting the server memory and CPU alerts to 80% on Zabbix to forecast the impact on business.·      Load balanced the storefront servers by the netscaler.
