Nissy Tee is an award winning content creator, international speaker and coach is a true reflection that hard work breeds success.Having come from a working class family living just above the poverty line in Newham, East London and surrounded by violent crime, Nissy decided that she was determined not to become another statistic or the product of her environment. In 2014 after the sudden passing of her best friend and the realisation that life really is too short, she launched her YouTube channel of which has since grown to over 60K subscribers, and 4M+ lifetime views, and has since built a social media following of over 170,000 people.Through her skills and passion for content creation she has also had the pleasure of working with a range of global brands. While she built her YouTube career she then began receiving invitations to speak at schools and various universities to encourage students to make better decisions. Aside from this she also began receiving invitations from organisations to deliver workshops and events to encourage people, particularly women, to be confident and create the life they deserve. She also began presenting and producing her own radio show, and went on to graduate from the University of Cambridge in 2017. After working in the corporate world post university for a mere 11 months, Nissy knew that the corporate world was not for her. In 2018 she handed in her notice and decided to go against the advice of her parents and pursue business full time.Now, Nissy stands as the founder and director of women's personal development platform: The Powerclass Masterclass. The platform is dedicated to helping women build their confidence, elevate their mindset and increase their income through their various online and in-person events, workshops and coaching programme's. So far they have impacted over 1,000 women worldwide. She is also the founder of NT Media: A social media marketing agency where they consult small to medium sized businesses on how to leverage the power of social media to grow their business. And when she is not running these two arms of her business, she continues to deliver workshops at events and facilitate conversations committed to helping people think differently about how they approach life.
