Works as Import – Export Manager (Regional)- Communicate with Sales, ACC, Services department in Thailand and oversea branches. (Vietnam, Sri Lanka, U.A.E, Philippines and China)- Communicate with suppliers (more than 40 companies) and customers around 25 countries in Europe, America, Middle East, South East Asia and China- Plan/organize/control cost with freight forwarders. Do paper works to export products since EXW/FOB from oversea factories to CFR/CIF/DAP/DDP term at each customer countries.- Plan/organize/control cost with shipping and customs department. Do paper works to import products in CFR/CIF/DAP/DDP term to Thailand.- Prepare documentation with Suppliers before export process at overseas side such as invoice, packing list, C/Q and C/O and other certificates as customer request.- For third parties shipment, Issue shipping document such as commercial invoice, packing list, AWB/BL, insurance and requested certificate for customer to do customs clearance.- Organize with freight forwarders to deliver by sea (LCL, FCL, Flat rack, RORO), by air (Daily flight, Freighter flight), by truck which depends on best option.- Organize with shipping companies to do customs clearance, FDA, BOI, FTA, ATA Carnet.- Issue/read and work with L/C 2 parties or transferable L/C (3rd parties) condition.- Do claim insurance, contact surveyor if something happens while transportation since overseas to customer factory.- Consult/Control cost/solve the problems of all oversea branches in Logistic field.- Purchase consumable products and compare the price such as clip, woodchip, wood log and film- Control internal stock for consumable products and plan external stock with customer.- Plan local transport to deliver machines and consumable products to customer. - Checking Legal Sales/buying contract to find what benefit and loss for company before our MD sign that contract.- Part of management team to set the rule and policy of company.

(Main duty is spare parts and machinery, Sub duty is Raw material and packaging)- Opened PO as PR requested - Communicated with Japanese and Netherlands suppliers to procure as and MMarket plan and investment plan- Organized and Imported oversea products to factory- Organized and Exported frozen bread from factory to Japan (CIF Term)- Did BOI list projects with Factory manager, BOI document processing, verification of machinery for BOI approval- Did L/C both buying side and selling side with Accounting Department and Bank, checked and verify L/C before import and export process.- Organized do payment and received money with Accounting Department- Prepared and reported KPI with presentation in company meeting every 3 months
