My experiences in General Management for more than 20 years and as member of several Boards provide me a sound basis to operate in the field of Strategic Management, Organization Development /- Change, and strategic HR.Thanks to my knowledge in STRATEGY & ORGANIZATION, I am able to move up the organization to a higher level. My strategic point of view for creating a strong team is mutual understanding as well as internal commitment, what you also need to achieve your goal. Furthermore, I nurture Human Capital because it possesses the most significant knowledge of an organization. Ultimately, I like to invest in sustainable society .... in children, our future! In June 2007 I published a book entitled "Dierenverhalen", which had been donated to the school.
