Accomplishments:- Collaborated with L&D Team to design and execute scalable training programs, including workshops, job aids and stay interview valuation. - Led operational and cultural integration following acquisition of New Asia Bank; analyzed operations, business development, compliance, client services and training to identify opportunities and lead regional turnaround. Led design and execution of regional vision, benchmarks, infrastructure, workflow, sales strategies, training programs, successionplans and standards. Drove top and bottom-line growth and established region as a top performer year over year. Grew total balance from $72 million to $754 million. - Owned staffing decisions, administered performance evaluations, performance improvement, and disciplinary process; delivered consistent success in recruiting and developing top talent to position region for exceeding sales and profit goals month over month.- Identified risks, elicited feedback, and removed obstacles; establish key performance indicators and track progress.
