Information Security Analyst
CurrentI play a key role in maintaining the security and operational integrity of critical systems within a large wholesale organization. My responsibilities include overseeing patch management for Android devices via SOTI MobiControl, MIDAS servers through SUSE Manager and Synology NAS backup devices using a central Synology management server. This ensures that all systems across the entire organisation are up-to-date and protected against potential security breaches.In addition to my technical duties, I also conduct quarterly and yearly audits overseeing stock management with a focus on PCI-DSS compliance to ensure adherence across the organization. Along with that I oversee documentation related to PCI-DSS compliance, ensuring that our processes and systems meet stringent security standards.I also serve as the Product Owner for our organization's one of the payment platform, KeyIVR, which handles secure payments made over the phone. I was part of team involved in the deployment of this platform and now ensure its ongoing business continuity. I ensure that our payment system operate smoothly for our staff to provide highly secure and effective platform for our customer to carryout their transactions.
