The National Urban Stack (DIGIT platform by eGov Foundation) aims to transform Urban governance and ensure that every citizen can access all the services they need with ease and transparency. The digital platform launched by CM Uttarakhand Shri TS Rawat in July 2020, is now rolled out in all the 90 municipalities of the state. Citizens can now access services like paying taxes, applying for licenses online. The staff in municipal offices use desktop applications to process service requests and collections. This leads to better services, transparency, and improved revenue collection

Lead the iSPIRT Digital Healthcare track with the aim of improving outcomes of govt Healthcare programs and initiatives in India, enable Universal Health Coverage (UHC) using technology (ideas published as the National Health Stack by Niti Ayog in July 2018). Participated in and orchestrated the formulation of Chapter 4 ( Institutional Architecture)of the National Digital Health Blueprint (NDHB released by the Health Minister in July 2019). Successfully led the project Eka with National Cancer Grid and Thoughtworks to build and Open Source the consent framework, later picked up by NHA for NDHM 2020. This NDHM PHR app demonstrates consented flow of health data across different entities (hospitals, labs, insurers, etc)which will pave the way to Personal Health Records (PHR).
