* Create and implement the IT strategy for the business * Interacting with business heads to suggest and provide solutions related to Business Processes and Information Technology.* Identify Business process improvement opportunities and implement solutions for the same.* Budgeting for IT, IT team management and IT infrastructure management* Business case development for technology investments to increase effectiveness and efficiency of processes.* Define change requirements for business processes in alignment with the organization objectives* ISMS planning and deployment. * Lead the ERP implementation of Microsoft Navision. Functions included in the implementation are Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Purchase and Inventory, HR and Payroll.* Lead the IT Management function and create policies for Backup and Recovery, Problem Management, Vendor Management and IT Service Management.

* Project Manager for the organization-wide BPR project with Ernst and Young as consultants.* Understand the business process requirements and give solutions to implement them effectively* Identify requirements and provide solutions for the same either by undertaking in-house development projects or by outsourcing* Identify an ERP system for all functions like Accounting, Procurement, Planning and Budgeting, Project management etc.* Evaluate and implement an organization-wide IT infrastructure.

* Lead the ERP (Peoplesoft Enterprise One - JDEdwards) implementation for the group.* Understand the business process requirements and give solutions to implement them effectively * Reporting to the Managing Director; interacting with the CEOs and top management to suggest and provide solutions related to ERP and Information Technology in general.* Manage the entire Enterprise IT Infrastructure, which includes Enterprise Software like ERP, CRM and KMS* Designed, implemented and managed the connectivity solution for the enterprise* Developed and implemented security policies for IT systems

* Developed more than 15 software projects for various clients on various technologies * Involved in the full life cycle of these projects right from sales presentations to system designing, development, testing, implementation and maintenance * Interacting with clients for System Analysis and Requirement Study* System designing as per System requirements * Developing, testing and implementing the software system* Managing the projects through their entire life cycle
