I have work with this company is 1.7 years of expertise as an Projects Estimation engineer .This company has great in aluminium windows and door all over the world.My responsibility include generating project quotation on SAP .And if we generate project quotation then check important technical points windload calculation according to no of floor, structural strength calculation (moment of inertia) of windows & door every part like mullion & transom, calculate moment of inertia of proposed member by Auto CAD window & door weight calculation,glass thickness, design feasibility of product according to japanese product standard, application of product where is use in house, check pressure area diagram.Apart from this, talking to the dealer to solve the queries of team and giving timely solutions.Constantly staying in touch with the Area Sales Manager and solving all the customer issues through his dealer team.As a project estimation engineer I have learning many things in this company.., Now currently I am working with estimation & ppc ( both department).I am working with Japnese members & Thai member then learning many things,,how improve your process,,what is new kaizen find daily in our work,,how to implement and making our work is very smooth,.,and create a good working environment.Project management skills:I have a track record of successfully managing projects ensuring they are completed on time and within estimated value..Technical skill:Sash basic performance standard product specification size limitation & mixed windows policy design adjustment windload calculation value engineering field technical Drawing Autocad 2DAnother skills: microsoft tool, Sap (estimation & production use T code),Inventory management FIFO,LIFO,FEFO,LEFO
