I am in charge of checking in all orders upon arrival. I also put everything away, with the help of my assistant. Straighten, face & rotate stock, following food safety guidelines for storage. I set up & now maintain our F&B inventory database in Avero. Handle writing up weekly pop & paper goods orders, working with the bartenders, Catering & the Hotel Breakfast staff to insure that we have enough product on hand. Cost out parties for Catering. Count the paper inventory every month. Work with accounting with end of month closing.

Major responsibilities included; keeping my area clean & organized, keeping the buffet line & salad bar stocked with dishes, ensuring all dishes were thoroughly cleaned. Upon request I also picked up items for the cooks, prepped salads, and helped our receiver with putting stock away.

Monitored incoming and outgoing foot traffic at my dorm's (West Hall) entrance during late night & early morning hours. Checked IDs, recorded non-residents in a log book, enforced rules and handled minor complaints.

My basic responsibilities included; maintaining a clean & organized work area, keeping pots, pans & other kitchen items organized, making sure all dishes were thoroughly cleaned.

I was responsible for the grooming & the leg work for 5 or 6 horses. Also hot walked, mucked stalls, paddocked & took horses to the equicizer. Tasked with some dinner feedings and laundry.
