* Designed an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, which had to manage multiple phone numbers, refund subscriptions, and route calls to different departments.* Add the Browser-Addon detection system.* Improved tracking for marketing teams and affiliate programs.* Worked on the portal for Home, MSP, and Pro clients.* Worked on the CRM tool.* Worked on tools for the Malware Research Team to allow easier malware categorization.* Works on enhancing cuckoo to help analyze samples and interact with our in-house system for categorization.* Worked on VNC to allow it to connect to a reflector. I also fixed an issue where their Windows service did not work correctly because of Session 0 Isolation.* Worked on acquiring Digital Signature information from samples. I implemented it in other systems, from digital signature verification to sample analysis.

* Designing a Debitcard system.* Wrote online reports for the mobile processing system.* Wrote a Flex application for workflow and spec diagram representation.* Was the senior software developer in charge of 5 programmers. I gathered the requirements and designed the data model. We wrote 3 C# applications for a company called Everglades Direct.
