• Accurate and timely accounting, periodic accounts finalization and audit, preparation of reports for Board & Audit committee• Coordinating Business Plan, Budget exercise across the company; Reporting to Parent company (per Group accounting manual) and updating rolling forecasts • Assessment of investment and pricing proposals through robust review and challenge process, support IC and RR process • Direct tax compliances and efficient management of tax litigation; Treasury of ~ US$ 100 Mn• Risk Management process and ensuring robust internal control through adherence of FCA processes• Investor interactions, primarily from financial angle, including one to one meeting • Financial analysis to aid decision-making on major issues including sales price revisions, gas sourcing, surplus cash management, Forex hedging

• Responsible for Billing to 3.5 lakh customers generating total revenue of Rs 1000 million per month• Finalization of Accounts per Indian GAAP• Adherence to Internal, Statutory and Group audit’s requirements.• Finance interface for inputs for new Gas Regulation. Worked as part of Financial parameter committee of PNGRBB on network tariff, transportation tariff fixation based on Cost to serve method.• Segmental allocation of costs; Leader/member of various CFTs for Business process improvements• Responsible for adequate insurance coverage for all assets of the company, leveraging de-tariff era.

• Responsible for accurate and timely MIS & variance analysis to Executive Committee of the company and for Group consolidation • Investment appraisals, Readiness Review processes, project feasibilities• To drive Budget exercise across the organization• Preparing Spring, Autumn and other forecasts for BG and Board• To prepare Business plan for next decade• Spearheading implementation of new reporting package across T&D, India; Support implementation of CO module of SAP in the organization
