• Carry out programming/ installation for all radio telephones solutions being sold.• Carry out repairs/service and diagnose faults for the faulty Radio Telephones brought in by customers.• Carry out field maintenance for customer Radio base stations and any vehicles as per customer request.• Carry out Daily test calls for all Radio Customers/monitor for any complains or faults.• Carry out assessments/sales surveys for the customer requirements.• Carry out quartile tests and specification checks for all test equipments and test cables required used for Radio Test/Repairs and Programming. • Carry out quartile tests and specification checks for Radio Assets and hire Radios. • Checking and demonstrating equipment to customers.• Prepare schedules and material lists for standard installations, relocations, preparatory works etc• Prepare work lists and place orders for materials and other resources, minimizing time and material waste.• Provide work costing using Radio standard costing.• Prepare diagrams and sketches of works - installations, alterations, relocations etc• Provide customer service to Radiotelephone standards and appropriate for the customers office or worksite.• Leave worksites/ workshop neat, tidy, clean and safe and up to OHS Standard.• Carry out paper work, for assessment, repair and servicing and forward for invoicing.• Update Ministry of Communication Radio installation reports foams for new installation or any transfer of Radio Installation and any other ministry documents.
